🔹 How is Reiki done?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that works with universal life energy. Katherine channels this energy through her hands and gaze, either by lightly placing their hands on the body or holding them just above it. The intention is to direct energy where it is most needed and promote a sense of balance throughout the body, mind, and spirit.

🔹 Do I have to believe in Reiki for it to work?

Not at all! You don't need any prior experience or specific belief about Reiki to enjoy a session. Come with an open mind, get comfortable, and allow yourself to relax. Your experience is completely personal to you.

🔹 Does Reiki have any side effects?

With it being a non-invasive practice, Reiki generally has no known harmful side effects. Some people may feel deeply relaxed, sleepy, warm, or experience mild tingling during or after a session. Every session can feel a little different, and there's no specific sensation you need to experience for your Reiki session to be meaningful.
