Yoga Lounge, LLC. Our Mission is to intoduce yoga to the community that is different than any "gym" yoga you have tried in the past. We follow the Baron Baptise Yoga flow.

Our classes will be set to a 24 pose series of flow. They are meant to be cardiovascular, energizing, and relaxing. Yoga Lounge will also offer Basic Yoga classes, meant to be restorative, while introducing you to the practice of breath and the poses. Another exciting addition coming in January is PiYo, a great class that offers you a challenging strength building - butt kicking workout. PiYo incorporates yoga and pilates, with the latest music selections. It is a great class too!
