🎨✨ Meet Our Art Therapy Interns! ✨🎨

We’re excited to introduce our two art therapy interns, Alex and Emma, who will be joining Bluebird Counseling this fall! They will be supervised by Gretchen throughout their internship and will begin seeing a limited number of clients starting in late September/early October.

Sessions with our interns will be $30 for a 60-minute session, and we will also have a limited number of pro bono spots available.

This can be a great option for anyone looking for affordable therapy while also incorporating creativity and art into their therapeutic experience.

💙 Meet Dr. Rachel Butler-Goff, LSW! 💙

We're excited to introduce another one of our newest therapists at Bluebird Counseling!

Rachel takes a collaborative, client-centered and strengths-based approach, creating a warm and supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward their own goals.

She works with tweens, teens, young adults and adults and frequently helps clients navigate:

✨ Self-esteem & identity exploration

Rachel is also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and brings a particular interest in helping clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change.

Telehealth: Available throughout Pennsylvania

💙 Please help us welcome Mariah Howard, LPC, to the Bluebird Counseling team! 💙

We're excited to introduce one of our newest therapists, Mariah Howard, LPC, who is now accepting clients at our New Kensington office and virtually throughout Pennsylvania.

Mariah works with young adults, adults and older adults, providing individual and couples group therapy. Her approach is deeply person-centered, compassionate and collaborative, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected and empowered to work toward meaningful change.

Mariah is EMDR-trained and incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients process trauma, build resilience, and move toward healing.

She enjoys working with individuals navigating:

Take a Peek Inside Our New Office! We're so excited to share a first look at our new New Kensington office! 💙

This new, larger space was designed with comfort, privacy and healing in mind, and we can't wait to welcome both new and returning clients through our doors.

📍 New Address: 2300 Freeport Road, Suite 11 New Kensington, PA 15068

Just a reminder: our Irwin office is still open and operating as usual. This move only affects our Lower Burrell location, which has relocated just a few minutes down the road to our new New Kensington office.
