Mental Health Monday!!!
Movement has been the most powerful anti-depressant, I've found, that I've been able to consistently add to my routine to avoid long periods of depression.
And who knew it was just what the human body needed. We're biological wired to be near and in nature & when we're locked in the grid, we're far from it.
It's not a chemical imbalance it's a societal problem.
Escape the cookie cutter life they trained you to have and go run around outside on a trail! It's fun!!!
