We have a Finnish ASAHI instructor coming to our studio to offer a FREE demo class.
This gentle, low-impact exercise focuses on breathing and slow movements to enhance overall well-being. ASAHI is perfect for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level, and can be adapted to standing, sitting, or lying down positions. See you Wed, 8/19 at 10am!
