Our dear mascot Shopie has gone from 11 to 6.5 pounds and keeps losing weight from a thyroid condition -he is the most loving cat I have had of many, he walks with me and my dog beau, loves the retreat guests and it’s tough to watch him fading away and yet despite it all he continues to love 💝 and climb trees and I am grateful for his inspiration… since 2013 when he was saved from NYACC at a year and a half … thank you for your love & companionship Shopie and thank you great women for a fabulous week Donna Davidge Sewall House Yoga & Mila for her food 💕🙏🧘‍♀️

What an amazing group of women this week who came together -grief workshop guests and retreat guests merged to make it a week of connection & sharing..grateful fur al the love despite the things life hands us to feel grief over .. we must keep supporting each other and wow did these ladies do that this week @ sewallhouseyogaretreat bless you all! And thank you to workshop leader one of my nyc students from years ago who has built a life of love & service after leaving the city-astrology, writing, death doula & more.

We are grateful to our hardworking staff this season as we enter our grief workshop this weekend with teacher Tess Clarkson .. death doula, astrologer, reiki master & writer! Wow!
And yummy food to top off the experience!!
