Degenerative Disc Disease sounds frightening. But here’s what it actually means 👇

The discs in your spine act like shock absorbers. Over time, they can lose hydration and height becoming thinner, less flexible, and more vulnerable to pressure. This creates friction, inflammation, and nerve irritation that shows up as chronic back pain, stiffness, or pain that shoots down your legs.

It’s common & treatable.

Unlike massage, MFR uses a sustained hold of at least 3–5 minutes on the restricted area long enough to reach the collagen layer of fascia where real, lasting change happens. This hold allows the fascia to slowly soften, rehydrate, and release. restoring movement and relieving pain at the root cause.
Not just temporary relief. Actual structural change. 🌿

If you’ve been dealing with chronic pain, tightness, or tension that nothing seems to fix your fascia might be telling you something.

You sit down, you scroll, you work, you drive and your spine is keeping score. 😔

Most back pain doesn’t start with an injury. It starts with posture habits you repeat hundreds of times a day, without even realizing it.
Here’s what’s silently happening 👇
🔴 Forward head posture: every inch your head moves forward adds 10 lbs of pressure to your spine. Most of us are walking around with our heads 2–3 inches forward. Do the math.
🔴 Rounded shoulders: pulls your thoracic spine out of alignment and compresses the discs over time.
🔴 Anterior pelvic tilt: overarches your lower back, strains the lumbar spine AND creates tension in your pelvic floor.
🔴 Desk slouch: hours of sitting collapse the spine and slowly switch off the core muscles that are supposed to support it.
The frustrating part? Most people don’t connect their daily posture habits to their chronic back pain. But your body is always connecting the dots.
The good news: posture-related back pain is very treatable. Physical therapy helps you retrain the patterns your body has been stuck in, and actually heal.

That sharp, shooting pain in your back? It might not just be “muscle soreness.” 😔

A herniated disc happens when the soft center of a spinal disc pushes through its outer layer, pressing on nearby nerves and causing pain that can travel all the way down your back, legs, or arms.

And the frustrating part? Most people don’t even know that’s what’s happening in their body.
Here’s why it hurts so much 👇

🔴 Nerve compression → numbness & tingling

🔴 Inflammation → swelling around the nerve

🔴 Muscle spasms → your body’s protective response

🔴 Radiating pain → depending on which disc is affected

The good news- you don’t have to just manage the pain. Physical therapy and myofascial release can help your body actually heal.

Why does s*x hurt after having a baby and will it ever feel normal again?” 🤍

This is a question we get asked more than you’d think just rarely out loud.

After birth, your pelvic floor muscles can become tight, guarded, or restricted even if you’ve fully healed on the outside. That tightness can cause pain or discomfort during intimacy that has nothing to do with “not being ready” emotionally. It’s physical. It’s real. And it’s treatable.

With the right pelvic floor therapy, most women experience significant improvement, often within just a few sessions.
You don’t have to navigate this alone, and you don’t have to just accept it.

“My doctor said prolapse is something I just have to live with. Is that true?” 😔

This is one of the most heartbreaking things we hear and unfortunately, one of the most common.
Here’s the truth: prolapse is incredibly common, but it is not something you just have to accept and live with forever. With the right pelvic floor therapy, many women see real, meaningful improvement in their symptoms- sometimes significant enough that surgery is no longer needed at all.

You deserve more than “just live with it.” You deserve answers and an actual plan.

Watch till the end for Dr. Singh’s full answer. 🤍
