This was such a pleasant surprise! I was headed to the track and stumbled across a neighborhood 5K right around my house. What made it even more inspiring was learning they are sponsoring 3 local students pursuing higher education at Clark Atlanta University, University of Illinois, and Governors State University. ❤️
Moments like this remind me how powerful community wellness events can be — bringing people together while supporting causes bigger than ourselves.

The 5th Annual Sisters Sweat Spot Women’s Wellness Retreat is officially complete—and it was powerful.
Women showed up for themselves. They moved their bodies. They reflected. They reconnected. They reset their direction.
