From the admission of the first resident seeking help many years ago today, our philosophy has always been and remains that living and rehabilitation must include caring for the mind, body and soul. 🎉 Bingo never fails to bring the fun at Avir at Itasca!

We had a full house as Tirree, our Med Aide, called the numbers while Jennifer, our Activities Assistant, helped our residents enjoy every round. The room was filled with excitement, friendly competition, and plenty of smiles. We love seeing our residents come together for one of their favorite activities! ❤️

☕ National Coffee Day was extra sweet at Avir at Itasca!

Our residents enjoyed freshly brewed coffee with all their favorite toppings, along with delicious doughnuts and muffins to complete the celebration. It was a cozy morning filled with tasty treats, good conversation, and wonderful moments shared. A special thank you to Tracy with Harbor Hospice for helping make the day so enjoyable for our residents! ❤️

🛍️ Country Store Fridays are always a favorite!

Our residents had a great time using their Bingo Bucks to shop for snacks, treats, and other goodies of their choice. We collected 135 Bingo Bucks from the store, and everyone is already looking forward to earning more and shopping again next week.
