Meet Visiting Nurse Service of Ithaca and Tompkins County!

Visiting Nurse Service of Ithaca and Tompkins County is a not for profit organization formed in 1984 to meet the needs of residents of Tompkins County. Services are provided to residents who are in need of professional medical care in their homes. Services include RN, PT, OT, MSW, Speech, Nutrition and Home Health Aide services. Our agency is certified to provide services and can bill Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances.

Our affiliated agency, Community Health and Home Care has been approved to provide Medicaid Health Home services in Tompkins County and five surrounding Counties. Care Managers provide services to people who qualify for the Medicaid Health Home which includes two chronic diseases and have Medicaid. Care Managers are nurses that help ensure you get the care and services you need to stay healthy.
