Lynn H.

A resident was having a very emotional moment; crying and needing to make a phone call to a family member they were missing and needed to talk to. She immediately took the time to get the resident to the nurses’ station and made the call for him. After the call, she took the time to personally find music to play to help comfort him and calm him while waiting for the family member to arrive. It is a joy to see her heartfelt acts daily. A kind heart is needed in long term care facilities and especially with dementia care.

Tiffany always brings a smile, gentle hand, and kind heart to the residents she
encounters every day. She does this for all in the building and she adds such sweet
care to those she is assigned daily. She ensures their hair looks good, clothes are clean
and they have a smile on their faces because she makes them feel loved. Tiffany is a true asset to this facility!
