✅In my 3-Step DNA Method for ADHD, if you’re on multiple medications, I often recommend staying on your current plan for at least 3 months while we replenish your body’s genetic needs.
Then we start a very slow taper using hyperbolic tapering. The goal is to reduce the risk of withdrawal symptoms while filling in the missing gaps.
