I have been leading mindfulness meditation refresher sessions on a monthly basis since January, and will be continuing through the spring and summer.
These sessions, here at Firefly Farm, include guided sittings, body scans, outdoor walking meditations, and other mindfulness practices. They are designed to be helpful to those of us trying to maintain ongoing mindful practice, and who appreciate the benefit of coming together with others to support this aim. We meet on the first Tuesday of the month from 6:00-7:30 P.M, fee $25. Please contact me if this sounds like something you would like to try.
