I am excited to lead the new Thursdays in June Yoga at Synergy in Trumansburg!
It starts June 4th from 6-7pm. $18/class
Also, I am a massage therapist and I have an offering : If a student comes to 2 of the classes, they can take
$10 off any massage or $20 off if they come to all 4 classes!

There is room for more yogis! Join us! Every Sunday at 9:30 am at Bet the Farm winery. $15 with $5 of that going to a local charity. Recently we donated a nice check to Ithaca's Su***de and Crisis Prevention center!

Come and share your inner light with some of your neighbors and fellow yogis. $15 per class with five dollars of that going to a local nonprofit. If you’d like, you can stay afterwards for light snacks, and a complementary glass of wine.
