Step aboard a one-of-a-kind traveling American history experience as the America250 Freedom Truck rolls into Ivins! These incredible semi-trailers have been transformed into interactive museums celebrating America's past, present, and future.

Today, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it is a time to remember the sacrifices made by our heroes and the families who carry that loss every day.

Here in Southern Utah, we are blessed to live in a community filled with patriotism, strength, and gratitude for those who served our country. To all of our veterans, active military, and the families of the fallen — thank you. Your courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

As we gather with family and friends today, may we take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day and honor the heroes who made our freedoms possible.

God bless our fallen heroes and the United States of America. 🇺🇸

We love our Veterans! Blessed everyday to be able to take care of our hero’s every day!

This is Korean War veteran Bob Lester, a longtime resident of St. George now at the Southern Utah Veterans Home. At this time 75 years ago, this Marine faced a relentless enemy and brutal cold during the Battle of Chosin Reservoir.

We will be telling his story in the coming weeks.
