We offer a living alternative for those unable to care for themselves, and an array of nursing and rehabilitation services for short- and long-term stays. From the admission of the first resident seeking help many years ago today, our philosophy has always been and remains that living and rehabilitation must include caring for the mind, body and soul. When you can't live or recover in your own home, we invite you to ours.

We showed our appreciation for our wonderful Dietary, Physical Therapy, and Transportation teams with thoughtful gifts and delicious pizza! From preparing meals to supporting rehabilitation and helping residents get where they need to go, each team plays an important role in our community.

Thank you all for your hard work, compassion, and dedication to our residents. We appreciate everything you do! 💕🎁

🎉 Celebrating Dietary Week and Therapy Month at Avir at Jacksboro! Our hardworking teams enjoyed refreshing Sonic drinks, generously provided by our friends at Beyond Faith Hospice. 🥤💕

The celebration continued with Crazy Hair Day, bringing colorful styles, laughter, and plenty of fun for our residents and team. Thank you to everyone who made the day special! 🌈❤️

Our team enjoyed a playful monster theme while celebrating Dietary Week and Physical Therapy Week. A special thank you to Solaris for the delicious sandwiches, and an early shoutout to our wonderful van driver, Cindy, as we recognize Transportation Week.

Our residents got creative making their own spooky monster cups, then enjoyed the tasty treats inside. From silly faces to googly eyes, each creation had its own personality and brought plenty of smiles.
