Established in 1988 by Daneri Mortuary, the cemetery provides burial services, funeral and memorial services, and pre-need cemetery property. The grounds include cremation niches and gardens, private and family cemetery lots, and the Garden of Valor, a dedicated veterans section featuring bronze statuary by local artist Bill Porteous. Pre-need property is available for advance planning. No on-site crematory, chapel, or reception space on the grounds.

REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.

On December 13, 2025 at 09:00 am, CA0068P - Sierra Amador Chapter, NSDAR will be helping Sunset View Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.
