50 years of running 🏃🏻‍♂️ . 25 full marathons 🥇 . Hundreds of thousands of miles ran over his lifetime. When Harold came to my office he couldn’t do the one thing he loved to do most in his life. He could barely even stand up out of a chair due to knee pain.

After several adjustments on his lower back and pelvis, and some soft tissue work on his knee, Harold is running again. He put down a cool 9 miles before seeing me yesterday morning (he’s 80 by the way)!

He’s got a goal of one more marathon before he hangs up the sneakers 👟. I told him I’d do everything in my power to help him accomplish that goal.

Remember, chiropractic care is not just for lower back pain!
