It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Danny Ray Bailey age 64, on June 21, 2026.

Danny was a loving father, devoted family man, and loyal friend whose presence brought joy wherever he went. Above all else, he cherished his two daughters, who were the pride and joy of his life. His love for them was unwavering, and he never missed an opportunity to share how proud he was of the women they had become.

Known for his warm smile and outgoing personality, Danny truly never met a stranger. He had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel welcome and valued. Whether he was sharing a story, offering a helping hand, or simply enjoying the company of others, he had a way of bringing people together.

Danny was often described as the life of the party. His laughter was contagious, his sense of humor unforgettable, and his ability to light up a room will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He treasured time spent with family and friends, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Though his passing was sudden, the love, kindness, and joy he shared throughout his life leave a lasting legacy. He will be remembered not only for the way he lived but for the countless lives he touched along the way.

He is survived by his beloved daughters, Amanda Cooper (Jeremy) and Bethani Mayfield (Hank), and grandchildren, Bree, Dylan, Riley, Jake; bonus granddaughter, Autumn Gaydon. His siblings Betty Pierce, Bill Bailey (Rita), and Libby Johnson along with many nieces, nephews and family members and dear friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm on Sunday, June 27, 2026, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home. The family will have a private funeral at a later date.

Mr. Walters passed away on June 16, 2026, in Jackson, TN. He was born on December 6, 1942, to the late John Otis Walters and Mildred Hairston. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Richard Walters; sister, Janice Corby; daughter, Loretta Nevulis.

Mr. Walters is survived by his son, John Walters; daughters, Vanessa Martin and her husband Jim, Elizabeth Hedrick and her husband Bro. Obadiah; grandchildren, Zachary Martin and his wife Angela, Brandon Martin, Mackenzie Nevulis, Brandon Nevulis and two great grandchildren.

Mr. Scott passed away on June 10, 2026, in Jackson, TN. He was born on September 22, 1953, in Huntingdon, TN to Roy and Stella Scott (nee Price). He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Scott; Step-father, James Keller; brother Danny Scott; sister Janice Zagst (nee Scott); step-brother Junior Keller; step-brother Michael Keller; son Robert Adam Scott.

Mr. Scott is survived by his mother, Stella Keller; children, Angelica (Gregory) Hartley; Sunshine (Christopher) Arrick; Curtis Herrin; Aaron (Stephanie) Bruce; step-children Carmen Marero; Tonya (Ryan) Carver; Angela Creek; Shawn (Erin) Creek; brother, Jack (Jodie) Scott; sister, Kathy (Charles Wesley) Ray; Tammy Henson; Lisa (Aubrey) House; Jimmy "JC" Keller; many nieces and nephews; and many grandchildren whom he also loved dearly and who lovingly called him "Papa".

Jerry was a man who loved his family, whether they were related by blood or by love, and he never met a stranger. He enjoyed music of all kinds and loved to play the drums. He had a God-given talent for singing and loved to use it.

Most importantly, Jerry loved God and trusted in Jesus, and he would love to see you again one day in heaven.

Mr. Hart is survived by his sister, Teresa Boone and her husband Michael; niece, Natalie Boone and nephew, Tyler Boone.

Mr. Hart was a musician and loved to play his guitar. He worked as a custodian for the Tennessee Visitor Center.

Mrs. Gingerich is survived by her brother, Terry Burress (Terry); sisters, Cheryl George, Gina Goforth, and Dee Ann Scott (John).

It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, nanny, sister, aunt and friend, Alrita Laverne Kindrick, who departed this life peacefully at the age of 82 after a courageous battle with kidney failure.

Rita was a woman of strength, grace, and unwavering love for her family. She devoted her life to caring for those she loved and created a legacy of kindness, wisdom, and compassion that will continue through the generations she leaves behind. Her warm heart, gentle spirit, and comforting presence brought joy to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louise Laverne Bragg Collins and George Colonial Powers and her beloved siblings, Jo Nance,Jimmy Honey,Bubba Collins and Sammy Collins.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving daughters, Cindy Fullington (James) of Jackson, TN, Pamela Bell of Ravenna, MI and Sharlene Pant of Muskegon, MI; A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; her surviving siblings, Harvey Honey (Martha), W.C. Collins (Mona), Judy Brooks (Larry), Robbie Cooper (Danny) and Ricky Collins (Nancy) with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find comfort in knowing that her love, faith, and guidance will remain with us always. Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and she will be deeply missed beyond words.

A celebration of life/service will be held on May 27, 2026 at Lawrence Sorensen Funeral Home in Jackson, TN. Visitation with the family from 2:00-4:00 with graveside service to be held at Highland Memorial Gardens on May 28, 2026 at 11:00.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to all who offered prayers, support, and care during her illness and final days.
