🎁 BONUS ELIGIBILITY
⭐ 8–10+ years of caregiving experience
⭐ Availability for 8–12 hour shifts
⭐ Completion of VIP Training Curriculum (certificate required)

✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Previous caregiving experience required
• CNA certification for CNA & Lead CNA positions
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Strong work ethic and a positive, caring personality
