🎉 Happy 3-Year Work Anniversary Crystal Davis! 🎉

We may be a few days late with this post, and there is actually a pretty good reason why! ❤️

The person we are celebrating is usually the one behind the scenes making sure everyone else is remembered. Birthdays, work anniversaries, celebrations… Crystal is always thinking about everyone around her and finding ways to make them feel special. Apparently, when the person who keeps the calendar is the one being celebrated, the rest of us need to step up our game! 🤦🏼‍♀️❤️

This past Friday marked 3 years with Volunteer Family Medicine & Urgent Care for our Administrative Assistant, and we couldn’t let it pass without giving her the recognition she deserves.

She is truly one of those people who goes above and beyond. She has a caring heart, is always willing to help, and plays such an important role in keeping things moving behind the scenes. She is also my right hand when it comes to the big projects, the little projects, and all of the daily things in between. I genuinely appreciate knowing I can count on her when I need an extra set of hands, another set of eyes, or someone to help me figure out how we’re going to get it all done.

Today, we want to turn the tables and make sure she knows just how much she is appreciated. ❤️

Thank you for everything you do for our patients, our team, and especially for everything you do to support me. Your hard work, kindness, thoughtfulness, and dedication do not go unnoticed.

🖥 Medical Receptionist (Entry-Level)

Responsibilities Include:
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Verifying patient information and insurance
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming front office
• Supporting overall clinic operations

What We’re Looking For:
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (medical office experience is a plus, but not required)

🩺 Medical Assistant / LPN

Join our clinical team providing hands-on patient care.

Responsibilities Include:
