We want to thank the Boys & Girls Club of Central Mississippi for inviting us to their “Safe Streets, Strong Teen” Youth Town Hall which discussed the importance of teen safety & mental health. To add, we have a board member Representative Summers to serve on the panel & gave great insight to help increase teen safety. A lot of good points were taken from the youth & community leaders. Thank you again & hope to see you all at the next one!

Dr. Dwight Owens, a motivational speaker & a top selling publishing author for his book “Still Standing” visited our scholars at Blackburn Middle School to spread his story & message of safety, peer pressure, and circumstances we may face in life. The students were engaged & loved his energy. This was presented for Red Ribbon Week & he did a dynamic job as usual . If you need a guy for the job, Dr. Owens will be that guy !
