Today we said goodbye to one of my sweetest kiddos, he’s off to big boy school! 🎒💛

I started working with him a few years ago. He was just a baby! I got a front-row seat to so many big milestones: learning to roll, sit up, walk, play, and eat. He was always such a happy, easy-going baby, and that joy never changed.

I’m going to miss our weekly sessions, but I can’t wait to see all the amazing things he learns next. Watching a child graduate from therapy never gets old.

Mom and dad, you did an incredible job! This is your win too. 💛

Evolving Therapy & Wellness is looking for an experienced Pediatric COTA to join our mobile therapy team serving the Madison and Ridgeland area!

📍 Location: Madison/Ridgeland, MS

🕒 Hours: Starting at 3-6 hours/week, with room to grow as our caseload expands

👶 Population: Pediatric clients, home and community-based settings

We’re a small, growing practice built on genuine connection with families and kids. If you love pediatric OT, thrive with a flexible mobile schedule, and want to be part of a practice that’s expanding into a full multidisciplinary team (OT, ST, PT), we’d love to hear from you!

Social Connections: Where Social Skills Evolve

We’re introducing a new program for verbal young adults with special needs (ages 18-21) who want extra support with the social side of things: starting a conversation, reading the room, building real friendships, and understanding personal boundaries. Each week blends shared practice with individualized coaching, so every participant is working toward their own goals.

Program highlights:

• 6-week program, led by OT and/or SLP
• Small peer setting
• Focus areas: conversation skills, friendship & reciprocity, personal boundaries, community practice
• Built-in baseline assessment and progress tracking
• In-network with Medicaid, Magnolia & TrueCare

Serving: Jackson, Ridgeland, and Madison metro
