A graduate of Life University, he uses a variety of chiropractic techniques to best serve his patients. He also offers special technologies in office that speed up tissue repair and healing, such as PEMF and deep tissue laser therapy. In addition, Dr. Penn is very passionate about disc care. He has a disc specialty center, which includes a non-surgical spinal decompression table to help patients with bulging, herniated, or degenerative discs.
