Great advice Jack π€© Many people are unaware he was also a Chiropractor!

Strong legs carry independent lives.
When most people think about fitness, they think about bigger arms or stronger shoulders.
Jack LaLanne knew there was something even more important.
Strong legs.
Your legs are your foundation.
They carry you through every stage of life.
They help you stand up from a chair.
Climb stairs.
Walk the dog.
Carry groceries.
Travel.
Play with your grandchildren.
Simply put, they help you stay independent.
As we grow older, one of the greatest threats to independence is the gradual loss of muscle strength in the lower body.
The good news?
It doesn't have to happen.
Your legs respond to training at any age.
Every squat.
Every step.
Every hill you climb.
Every walk around the neighborhood.
You're sending your body a message:
**"Stay strong."**
Jack believed that exercise wasn't about preparing for a competition.
It was about preparing for life.
Strong legs improve balance.
They reduce the risk of falls.
They make everyday activities easier.
They give you the confidence to keep saying "yes" to life's adventures.
You don't have to perform complicated exercises.
Start with the basics.
Walk every day.
Practice sitting down and standing up without using your hands.
Climb the stairs instead of taking the elevator.
Add simple squats to your routine.
Small efforts become lasting strength.
And lasting strength protects your independence.
Remember, the goal isn't simply to live longer.
It's to remain capable enough to enjoy every one of those years.
Build strong legs.
Protect your freedom.
Because strong legs carry independent lives.
"Your legs will take you wherever your dreams want to go. Take care of them."
