We all know Dr. Hamilton is a master in the operating room, but did you know he's also a master with... sourdough? 🩺➡️🥖 He’s the only person we know who can perform a complex procedure and then obsess over a 'perfect crumb' with equal precision.

Honestly, we're a little convinced that his surgical precision is just a secret skill to ensure the perfect, centered 'H' on his loaves. We're just glad his patients don't have to wait 24 hours to prove!
