Partnership Park Chiropractic is a growing chiropractic office in downtown Jackson. It was established by Dr. Annie Morgan in 2018 and, along with our downtown area, has been growing ever since.
We partner with patients to navigate health challenges by providing them with gentle and specific patient-centered chiropractic care and the resources to eat well, think well, and move well. Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of patient interactions. The mission for this position is for the patient to feel like they are being taken care of from the time they walk in the door, to the time that they leave, thereby ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills as the position involves interacting with patients, other team members, and our community. The Front Desk Coordinator must embody and reinforce the core values of our company, building on the excellent reputation Dr. Morgan has in the community and with her patients.
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing the behind the scene details. This includes managing new and existing patient correspondence, scheduling, maintaining a clean and organized office space, posting invoices, and receiving payments. In addition to being detail oriented, the Front Desk Coordinator must be able to recognize systems that are not working and identify processes that can make things run smoothly. Being comfortable with technology is a must, especially when problems arise.
Other expectations and skills:
o Proficient with typing and all forms of word processing
o Experience working in clerical, customer support, or front desk position preferred, but not required
o Punctual, dependable, and can handle sensitive financial and personal (HIPPA) information
Compensation:
o $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
o 17 hours per week
o W-2 Employee
o monthly evaluations for a 90-day trial period, quarterly reviews for the remainder of the year, and annual reviews thereafter
o possible raise at the end of the 90-day trial period depending on demonstration of skill level
