Shared Treatment Room for Rent – Massage / Wellness Space
A beautifully set-up treatment room is available to share within an established massage therapy practice. The room is fully furnished with massage equipment and calming décor — ideal for a licensed massage therapist, reiki practitioner, acupuncturist, esthetician, or similar wellness professional who needs a professional space without committing to a full lease.
This is a shared-use arrangement — the current massage therapist (leaseholder) will also continue to use the room and keep her supplies/equipment in place. Some storage can be discussed for your essentials.
What’s Included
• Fully furnished treatment room — massage table, linens, storage furniture stay inplace
• All utilities included — Wi‑Fi, electric, heating/AC
• Client waiting/reception area
• Located in a quiet, professional building
• Plenty of free parking for practitioners and clients
• Shared bathroom in hallway with my business
• Access available part-time or full-time — flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends)
Rates (Flexible Based on Schedule)
• $50 a day
• More frequent / shared full-time access: Negotiable
Ideal Fit
• A practitioner who respects a calm healing environment
• Comfortable with a shared-room setup (furnishings stay in place)
• Preferably massage or complementary bodywork, open to compatible holistic fields
