I’m back to work… and I have something new to share! 🤍

After completing an intensive 55-hour Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Certification in the Vodder European Method in Ann Arbor, MI with Bodhi Work Massage Therapy Ann Arbor. Including both online coursework and hands-on, in-person training, I’m excited to officially offer this specialized service at my practice!

This gentle, evidence-informed technique is designed to support the body’s lymphatic system and may help with:

✨ Reducing swelling and fluid retention
✨ Post-surgical recovery (when appropriate and with medical clearance)
✨ Relaxation and nervous system support
✨ Immune wellness
✨ Lymphatic stagnation

I’m now offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions in 60, 75, and 90-minute appointments, and I can’t wait to share this incredible modality with you.

Thank you for your continued support while I took time away to learn and grow. Investing in continuing education allows me to provide even more thoughtful, personalized care for each of you, and I’m so excited to be back in the treatment room!

To better accommodate clients with busy work schedules, I’ll be adjusting my hours to offer more afternoon and evening appointments.

Throughout July and August, you’ll begin to see some later appointment times added to the schedule as I gradually make the change. The full transition to my new hours will take place in September.

My goal is to provide more flexibility while continuing to offer the personalized care and attention you deserve.
