Hello all, it's been a while since my last educational post. Although it is my goal to post useful information more regularly it is definitely an adjustment for me and I appreciate your patience.

The picture above is a great image for showing our next three pairs of Meridians as you can see they flow in similar lines, the yin Meridians on the anterior side of the body and the Yang Meridians on the posterior side of the body.

We will start with the Heart and the Small Intestine Meridians and work our way from medial to lateral arm.

The Heart Meridian runs from the center of the armpit to the pinky finger along the medial anterior arm. When heart energy is disturbed we can experience symptoms including: high blood pressure, light headedness, arm numbness or pain, excess laughter

The small Intestine Meridian is on the medial posterior side of the arm and starts at the pinky finger, goes over the shoulder, collarbone, neck and cheek, ending at the ear. The small intestine receives partially digested food and further refines it sperating the 'pure' from the 'impure' either absorbing or moving waste. Symptoms of imbalance include abdominal pain, digestive and appetite issues.
