🌟 Congratulations to Our June Employee of the Month, Susan Gonzales! 🌟
We are excited to recognize Susan Gonzales, our Medical Office Assistant at the North Clinic, as our June Employee of the Month!
Susan is truly a ray of sunshine, bringing positivity, kindness, and a welcoming smile to everyone she meets. Her dedication to our patients and team does not go unnoticed, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make a difference each day.

Mentioned by patients on Press Ganey survey for her great care and assistance in meeting their needs.
She is a person who sees a need and doesn’t wait to be asked to fix it. She jumps in and takes charge. Recently EVS was out sick and KCC North was not cleaned. She and some other staff emptied the garbage and made sure the clinic was clean for patients.
Susan is good at recognizing other staff for high achieving performance. She recently notified management about a staff member in registration that she felt needed recognition for their great work.
She also pointed out a lab employee who was recognized by a patient for their great work.
I would describe Susan as selfless. She puts others needs before her own.”
