For Doris, few things could compare to sharing a Cleveland Guardians game with the people she loved most. At 7 p.m., a sturdy chair becomes a quiet place to pause.

Through gentle seated movement, breathing, meditation and mindful awareness, our monthly Restorative Yoga class gives those navigating grief an opportunity to slow down and care for themselves. Instructor Noell Hyman leads the class, and no previous yoga experience is needed.
