Healthy Jacksonville Healthy Jacksonville is a community health outreach group based at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital.

In partnership with our community health workers and other local organizations, we work to increase access to healthcare for vulnerable and at-risk individuals in Morgan County and the surrounding region, helping them to better manage their health and improve quality of life for themselves and their families.
