Please join us in welcoming Dr. Fareeha Khan to UF Health Family Medicine – Merrill Road.

Dr. Khan specializes in family and geriatric medicine. She earned her medical degree from Jinnah Sindh Medical College and a Master’s in Public Health from John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She completed her geriatric medicine fellowship at the University of Michigan. Her experience includes working at the University of Michigan as a geriatric faculty member and geriatric trauma inpatient consultant at Atrium Health, NC.

When Dr. Khan is not in the office, she enjoys hiking, listening to music, playing various sports and watching movies.

Please join us in welcoming Noel Roman, LCSW, to UF Health Family Medicine – Merrill Road. He is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience. He specializes in multicultural and veterans counseling. Noel practices a strengths-based model of bilingual and biocultural therapy, focusing on an individual’s inner strengths and self-determination. He specializes in counseling individuals and families with anxiety, bereavement, depression, family related issues, mood, psychotic and substance use disorders, PTSD and trauma.
