Join Blue Zones Project Jacksonville for a free Purpose Workshop designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others while exploring your sense of purpose.

In Okinawa, it’s called “Ikigai.” In Nicoya, it’s “plan de vida.” Both roughly translate to “why I wake up in the morning.” Knowing your sense of purpose is associated with up to seven additional years of life expectancy.

During this workshop, we’ll explore what purpose means to you and help you gain a clearer understanding of what motivates and fulfills you.

We’re halfway through the Blue Zones 4 Week Challenge with the staff and teachers at Mt. Herman Exceptional Student Center!

Over four weeks, participants are working through The Blue Zones Challenge: A 4-Week Plan for a Longer, Better Life by Dan Buettner and exploring simple ways to incorporate Blue Zones principles into their everyday lives.

Two weeks down, two to go! We’re looking forward to continuing the journey together and seeing how small changes can make a lasting difference.
