If you are nervous about your first Pap smear, you are definitely not alone.

Pap smears can feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar, but they should not be painful, and your experience often depends on how relaxed and supported you feel during the exam.

A good provider will talk you through the process, move at your pace, and help make the experience as quick and comfortable as possible.

Yesterday, our Community Outreach & Office Manager, Lauren, attended the Jacksonville Job Corps Open House alongside fellow community partners and students.

She had the chance to learn more about Job Corps’ mission, tour the campus, and explore the many trade opportunities available to students.
