A patient recently described Mrs. Verna not only as a great Customer Service Representative, but as a true “Godsend.” After spending weeks trying to have medication sent to the correct pharmacy without success, the patient finally connected with Mrs. Verna.

Mrs. Verna took the time to personally update the pharmacy information, submit the necessary encounter, and ensure the issue was properly addressed. Rather than simply assuming it had already been completed. Most importantly, she patiently explained the process, so the patient fully understood what steps were being taken.

The patient expressed immense gratitude for Mrs. Verna’s kindness, compassion, and commitment to seeing the issue through to resolution. Her willingness to go above and beyond reflects the exceptional service and care we strive to provide every day.

Meranda demonstrated exceptional compassion while assisting a patient who needed emotional support during the appointment scheduling process. She took the time to help the patient schedule multiple appointments across different departments, ensuring all of the patient’s needs were addressed.

During the interaction, the patient became overwhelmed, and Meranda responded with patience, empathy, and understanding. The patient specifically described her as sweet, helpful, compassionate, and incredibly patient during a very difficult moment. Meranda made the patient feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.

As a new patient to the organization, this experience left a lasting positive impression and set a strong foundation of trust and comfort with our hospital.

In addition to her compassionate patient care, Meranda consistently supports other teams facing staffing shortages. She willingly steps in to help, even in clinics she may not be fully familiar with and does so with a positive attitude and without complaint.
