Today we did all the disciplines of a Triathlon - we are gearing up for our Sprint Triathlon next Saturday.
Swim- Bike & Run
I got a 6 mile bike ride in my neighborhood first thing this morning ~ then we headed over to Wallace Creek Fitness Center on Camp Lejeune and started with Running on the in door track! Then onto the recumbent bike for roughly 20 minutes… then the pool!!
We were crushing it up until we were told we had to get out of the pool due to thunder & lightning 🤬🤬🤬
However- we felt like we gave it a good go!!
We will continue to train this week up to Wednesday night
