SoulBody Barre is an athletic, fusion-style barre workout that blends principles of Pilates, yoga, and functional strength training. It uses dynamic, isometric, and isotonic movements with equipment like a ballet barre, dumbbells, resistance bands, and Pilates balls to sculpt, tone, and increase cardiovascular endurance.
