Northeast Florida Lactation Coalition The NFLC was established in 1992 to promote and support breastfeeding in Northeast Florida. Our vision is that all babies will receive human milk.

Our mission is to encourage hospitals, physicians, nurses and other providers to promote breastfeeding and provide a supportive environment to mothers and to promote an understanding of the value of breastfeeding through evidence based educational lectures and scientific studies. The NFLC works to advance public awareness and acceptance of the importance of breastfeeding from birth, into the secon

d year and beyond, and support a woman's right to breastfeed anytime and anywhere. We advocate that policies be established in the workplace and the right to breastfeed be endorsed as the optimal means of feeding infants.

NEW WORKSHOPS FOR LACTATION AND PERINATAL PROFESSIONALS!!

If you've been curious about the "new" way of fl**ge fitting AND you like hot weather, you are in luck! Three new workshop locations have been added:

🌴 Las Vegas, Nevada, on Monday, May 4
🏖️ Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday,June 13
🎢 Orlando, Florida on Wednesday, June 17
