We are transitioning to a different location but will be reopening on August 22 using the clubhouse at Pecan Park RV Resort as our new Nook home!!! We will also be offering online classes, private classes, and workshops!

HUSTLE to register!! Friday, August 7 from 6-8pm Earth Salt Stone is our next Power of Play and the theme is DISCO!!! Join me for an interactive experience to shed layers of stress, exhaustion, and heaviness you may be carrying & create room for more joy, light, energy, & LOVE in your life!

Press the reset button on your happiness and release your inner child through playful techniques like laughter yoga, dance, and other led activities. This month, enjoy learning some sweet moves and create your very own disco ball (as only your inner child would do) to take home with you!!!

We begin in the salt room in anti-gravity chairs with conversation around what keeps us distant from our inner child & a meditation to reconnect to our child. We shift to the foyer to remember how to play through techniques like laughter yoga, dance, & other activities.

This is an all-accessible class that is for every BODY and EVERYbody! This is not a yoga specific based workshop, no yoga experience is needed, and this can all be done in a chair.

Hey Jacksonville! Some of you may remember Kamryn Sheffield when he’d come to the Nook with his yummy juices?!?!? He’s still hard at work bringing them around Jacksonville (literally he delivers!!!!) and has added on his “Purecicles” now! 😳😳 (Scroll for a picture!) He brings his juices to you frozen so you can order a bundle and bring 1 out when you need it…they won’t last long after you drink the first!!! It would be wonderful to have you join the July Power of Play Workshop this Friday, July 10 from 6-8pm at Earth Salt Stone where we create balance by practicing play!! We use several techniques such as laughter yoga and music, along with many props and games to support a playful, freeing experience. Don’t worry if you have any nervousness; I assure you that you will not be the only one. We begin slowly in the salt cave and anti-gravity chairs to ease our adult self into the space. ❤️ If your heart feels heavy or like you don’t have time to play then this safe space is particularly…for…you. ❤️
