Our residents had a wonderful time expressing their creativity with water painting this morning. From colorful designs to lots of smiles and laughter, it was a relaxing and enjoyable activity for everyone. We love seeing our residents stay engaged, creative, and having fun together! 💙

Family Night was a success tonight! 🍔🔥 We had hamburgers on the pit with delicious barbecue baked beans and potato salad… ouuuu so good!! The families enjoyed the food, fellowship, and time spent together, and we truly enjoyed having everyone here with us. Nights like these make Countryside feel even more like home! ❤️

We take every concern seriously and have thoroughly reviewed our procedures. We are confident that our care practices, medication protocols, and staffing meet or exceed state requirements.

To demonstrate that confidence, we have proactively asked the Texas Health and Human Services Commission to review our facility. We have nothing to hide and everything to be proud of.
