Many people ask me how do I do it all. I’m a travel nurse, work PRN at the hospital when I’m home, run 2 businesses, in school as a nurse practitioner and mommy to 2 adults and 1 toddler 🤯

First and foremost, all praise to God for giving me strength, wisdom and mind.

Second, a calendar 😂 This is the only way I can keep track of all the things.

Third, I surrounded myself with like-minded professionals to collaborate with, learn from and share information with.

Fourth, a team. I’ve had a virtual assistant, business consultant/mentor and social media/content creator team to help me along the way.

Oh and fifth, I intentionally take off 2 days a week whether it’s for self-care, go to lunch or lay around all day. I take time for just me 🧖🏽‍♀️.

My motivation is ME! I want to succeed in everything I put my mind to. Success is the only option, not failure.

Just keep going!
