There’s a lot of misinformation out there about lymphatic massage and how it works. Many people are claiming that a few sessions can shape your body and help you shed those last few pounds, which is incredibly misleading.

Lymphatic massage is primarily intended for individuals dealing with chronic swelling or water retention due to medical conditions, those recovering from surgeries like liposuction or joint replacements, or anyone looking for a gentle touch to relax and refresh.

While it can temporarily relieve bloating and give you that flat tummy look for an event, it’s not a magic solution for permanent body reshaping. If I could genuinely do that, I'd be rich and giving plastic surgeons a run for their money! Remember, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is the true key to lasting results.

That's why I'm super excited to announce I'm adding targeted Red Light Therapy to my enhancement options.

Red Light Therapy works by:

-Reducing inflammation
-Shortening recovery times

These benefits are especially helpful for those that feel 'stuck' or simply don't like deep tissue but really need the work.

I will forever scream from the rooftops that your JOB is replaceable, your TIME and BODY aren't.
ESPECIALLY within the massage industry. There's 101 chain spas I can swap to if I was really desperate, but only one of me.
Don't kill yourself working overtime to fill somebody else's pockets. It's unsustainable and as soon as you slip a little bit because life gets hard, they're QUICK to tell you they can replace you.
Love yourself enough to take a chance at a new opportunity.

As some of you already know, I've been experimenting with making light catchers and I put them up for sale in my suite to guage if people were interested in purchasing.

Through December and January I've sold over 15 light catchers so far from round one of my designs.

Ive decided to keep going and look into getting better materials and I've been working on building my confidence to start posting them.

Currently they are only available to purchase in person (not shipping them), but if more interest is gained, I may consider looking into fully launching them on my website.
I am also looking into local craft fairs and have already applied to attend a couple (waiting to hear back!)

Each design is unique and materials are unique aswell! As far as beads and crystals, im focusing on finding genuine antiques and repurposed items.
This specific light catcher is my most recent design and its made out of glass chandelier parts sourced from eco relics!

Light catchers will be priced according to cost of material and time it takes to make.
I do NOT intend to make a large profit on these because I genuinely enjoy making them and I only want to cover costs of more materials!

I will NOT be doing commissions pieces. What you see is what you get!

I look forward to posting more and seeing what I can make as time goes on 🫶🏻
