💕Hi everybody, just a quick update for the sound bath schedule. We are NOT having a sound bath Sundays 12/24 or 12/31 due to the holidays. Yoga, however, will continue every Saturday. With that being said, please join Tanita this Sunday at 6pm for our last sound bath of 2023! We will resume the schedule 1/7/2024. Until then, wishing you a white Christmas ⛄️ and a prosperous New Year 🎉

What are you doing this weekend? We would love to invite you to Saturday morning yoga and our Sunday night sound bath. No reservations or memberships required, just walk in! Both classes are on a sliding pay scale, so pay what you can or pay it forward.

✨Join us every Sunday at 6 pm. Wear your PJs and bring your favorite blanket or pillow if you so wish. Yoga mats, blankets, and cushions provided. We will roll out the yoga mats and lay back and relax and soak up the vibrations for a full hour. Go home ready for a deep night’s sleep to refresh yourself for the upcoming week.
