We’re so excited and honored to have been voted Best New Business and Best Spa this year!

Courtland was also named a Top 3 Massage Therapist for the third year in a row!

August Events!
We'll be adding our August events to this post, we have a lot going on coming this fall!

This Friday come meet Christopher Tims at our office from 6:30-8:30

This weekend our office will be closed as we attend Spirit Fest at the Jacksonville Fair Grounds
Courtland will be speaking about meridians on Saturday at 2:00pm

Our Touch for Health Hub will be the last Thursday of the month! If you're curious about touch for health or want to practice you are welcome to come and hang out with us from 6:30-8pm

What do light, sound, and vibration have to do with the way we experience ourselves and the world around us?

Join Christopher Timms for Light & Sound: Spiritual Anatomy for the Age of Aquarius, an engaging workshop exploring the relationship between vibration, awareness, consciousness, and the human experience.

Drawing from decades of study and teaching, Christopher will bring together ideas from ancient traditions, modern science, music, sound, and personal exploration. He will introduce the concept of spiritual anatomy and offer a broader way of looking at the layers of human experience beyond what we can physically see.

This workshop is designed to be thought-provoking, accessible, and experiential. You do not need any previous knowledge or a particular spiritual background to attend. Simply bring your curiosity, your questions, and a willingness to explore.
