I am a 180 in the best way possible of who I was previously.
Before: I thrived on being liked, fitting in. I thought belonging was safe. I was codependent.
And I also thought I was the epitome of health (that’s laughable now). Going like a machine from 4:15 am on, lots of grief, not truly knowing who I was, not knowing what my body needed. Oh and add in 2 glasses of wine and every night.
Stress often hits the high achievers even more. We just wear it better. But our bodies still feel the effects.
What I desire for every woman is to wake up actually excited for their day, boundaries, movement out of devotion not punishment, presence with your family, stable moods and patience, and feeling more joy than ever.
And that’s what we’re achieving in Rooted, my 10 week program.
A common theme I see among clients struggling with physical symptoms is chronic stress. And that’s why I created Rooted.
