Tips on how to make exercise enjoyable
1. Make it a habit – schedule time each day and make exercise a priority
2.Take it easy at the beginning – oftentimes people will start of exercising so hard they end up puking or not able to walk for days after – find a routine that challenges you but doesn’t overwhelm you
3. Set goals – try setting goals hat are more fitness-related than weight loss/gain related. Set a goal to beat your fastest running time or how many push ups you can do correctly.
4.Push past your comfort zone – being self-conscious can throw some big obstacles in your way – do things each time you are at the gym that put you out of your comfort zone, eventually you’ll feel right at home
5.Short workouts are ok – some workout is better than no workout, if you don’t have time for an hour or so workout but you do have a free 20 or 30 mins do a quick HIIT workout or something that will increase your heartrate and get it done💥

How to Deal with Unsupportive Friends & Family
Getting in shape and staying there can be tough! Even more so when you have friends, family or even a spouse constantly trying to hold you back from your goals. This can be extremely frustrating when these are the very people who are supposed to be in your corner. The important thing to understand about this is that although you can’t control what people do or say, you can control who you surround yourself with and how you react to peoples thoughts and opinions.

1. You can simply ignore them along with their comments and opinions.
2. You can try to get them involved with your new lifestyle of fitness and help them take the first steps toward getting in shape or just eating healthier themselves.
3. You can cut them out of your life completely.
Creating a whole new lifestyle forces you to evaluate the relationships you currently have. If you have the right ones in your life already, you’ll likely have lots of support for your new lifestyle, even if they aren’t interested in it for themselves. If you don’t, it can be tough deciding how to deal with people currently in your circle of influence.
If you ultimately want to be successful in any area of life, be it fitness, business, relationships or anything else, surrounding yourself with positive people is a must. You need to have people in your life who exude positive energy and support for your goals.
