Wekiva Springs Center, a UHS behavioral health facility, is hiring a Director of Business Development to lead our marketing and referral development strategy.
This role reports directly into our Senior Leadership Team and owns:
🎯 The facility’s full business development strategy — from philosophy to ex*****on
📈 Advertising, PR, referral development, and community outreach
👥 Direct supervision and coaching of our Marketing Representatives
💰 Full ownership of the marketing department budget
📊 Data-driven reporting that actually informs decisions — not just fills a slide deck
We’re looking for someone who’s done this before — ideally in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or acute care — and who’s tired of BD roles where “strategy” means forwarding emails and hoping census holds steady. If that’s you, we want to talk.
