Our Senior Care Advisor, Penny, recently joined the residents at The Gables of Gainesville to celebrate National S'more Day with a sweet twist. Since Florida's summer heat isn't exactly ideal for roasting marshmallows, everyone enjoyed delicious S'more-inspired ice cream sundaes instead! ☀️

From dancing with residents to serving tropical punch and sweet treats, it was an afternoon full of laughter, connection, and island-inspired fun.

Our Senior Care Liaison, Anette, had a wonderful time at the Starling PV Summer Market, where residents, families, and local vendors gathered to support an important mission. Proceeds from the event benefited the Walk to End Alzheimer's, helping raise awareness and support for those impacted by Alzheimer's disease.

🌽💚 Celebrating National Farmers Market Week with a little taste of home!

Our Senior Care Liaison, Tracy, recently spent time with more than 30 residents at Ortega Gardens Memory Care, bringing fresh corn and green beans for a hands-on afternoon of shucking corn and snapping green beans.

What started as a simple activity became something truly special. For many residents, these familiar tasks brought back childhood memories, sparked meaningful conversations, and created moments of connection. Some residents who are typically nonverbal even began sharing memories and engaging with those around them. 💜

It’s a beautiful reminder that sometimes the simplest activities can create the most meaningful moments. We’re so grateful to be part of days like this! 🌽🫛💚
